After purchasing a card, I click view card, and immediately see Checker Time Over - No Refund. Why don't I see the checker button and the dispute button? I've been writing tickets to you for a week, but you just close them. What's the problem?

ГОВНОШОП.Настоящий валид в шопе,10-20%.Рефов нет,у меня во всяком случае,саппорт есть но ему вообще похуй на всё и всех,неделю пишу ему что после открытия карт у меня не появляется кнопка "проверить карту" и кнопка "спор".И видео ему всего этого скидывал.Пишет проблема в твоём браузере...В каком блять?Я пробывал опера,хром,тор-везде та же песня.По мимо этого в шопе с лёгкостью можно купить одну и ту же карту два раза.А самое главное,что саппорт имеет доступ к вашему аккаунту в шопе.Безответственные люди.Крайне не рекомендую!

How many times do I have to tell you that after opening the card I don't have a button to check the card or dispute? Are you deliberately ignoring my tickets about this? Or you don't understand English? What's wrong with you?

We’ve detailed the refund process in the important section of the dashboard page. You can watch this video for a demonstration: https://cerberux.cc/demohq.mp4.
After clicking the 'View' button on the HQ orders page, you have 45 seconds to use the 'Check' button. If the card is dead, an automatic refund will be processed. If the card is verified as valid, you will have access to a 'Dispute' button for 5 minutes. This allows you to dispute the checker’s result and our support will manually check your card.

why checker time is down to 20 seconds ?, quality proxies normally slow, even i entery card details site responce takes few seconds and before that u r checker timeout and u r ticket support is almost no response, they just closed ticket and telegram support no reply from past 1 week ,
now i bought 2 cards, 1 is valid and 2nd is dead and before get response from site, u r checker is timedout and i open ticket and u r supprort gives same random replie always
