45$ around and refunded only about 10ccs
but these days theres really annoying thing happen when you purchase cc and tiket for ref it say belong to another user

That's a lie. I only shipped the cards to your store. I don't even have a registration there. This is the first moment. The second point is that you ship your sellers' cards to other shops - this has long been a well-known fact. But invite find some here and let them tell you who uploaded them there and when. I've never been there!
