Recently we had a ban wave, in which accounts having less than 20 USD deposit, and having more than 100+ refunds - those accounts were banned. That is why you are not able to login.

that's not fair , look at my deposit !! i was away those days now i came and login its blocked wtf ? i can refill money because i am usually using shop 2 , what about 30$ for join shop 2 fee !! i want to again pay 30$ fee for access shop 2 ??
if can restore my account , i dont want acsess shop 1 , i need access shops 2 because i paid 30$ fee for access shop 2
