I think the 0.5$ is for checking the card. just my opinion.

special bins we have at hq cards section , but notes taken from this week different bins will be loaded and we trying to bring good eu + uk stock in Ref bases .

No i am not cheating , you can not use the checker and 0.5 won't be removed from your balance.
i implement this function to take out cheaters who really kill 10 cards in matters of 3-5minutes at maximum.
but when i implement backs , the 0.5 for Dead cards won't be there don't worry.
