Every single person on here know this is a risky service. On some other forums this is a very controlled/prohibited service because of this mere fact of being risky. So my advise do few deals on here on condition of escrow release after checkout and gain some rep and vouches. Low deals of 100usd wont hurt ur business. Besides booking can be verified whether customer stay full days ( that mean no backfire)or not so u will either way win an escrow djispute. Unless u disagree with me and have hidden agendas as to why you insist on escrow on confirmation of booking or check in
And please dont give us the whole sad story of you paying via booking.com or some third party and u do it this or that way and thats why is 100% safe and secure or card get charge after checkout thats why it safe blah blah.
