It's not the quality of the cards. There is a thing called DNS resolve, if it doesn't resolve from the sock (google how to set it) it is going to resolve your ISP dns, the sock will show the city of the card but the DNS resolve will show your local DNS that your ISP uses.

No it's not about DNS resolve. All my socks dns are resolved from socks. I know What I'm doing. I think the low success approval rate is because too many fraud with US CC and US shops & banks & payment gateways are rising the risk flags on online shopping.

whats sup dave you're hella knowledagable bro. how did you start learning good bins/methods through the old trial and error, or did you happen to come across holy grail information.
im trying to figure how to best approach carding, finding good bins etc.
