He just acts very stubborn sometimes. He will continue arguing nothing wrong with the checker. I mostly go for credit card because the debit cards are always low and wont hit for $5. I hope he listens to his customer demands.

We use API from Try2check and Luxchecker, 2 of the most respected checker services on the marked, to check cards automatically.
The checker does not show Live or Dead, but shows whether or not a refund is granted.
As stated in "Cart" section, "My Cards" section and FAQ: "Refunds are issued only for CVV errors or the following response codes: 14 (Card No. Error), 15 (No Such Issuer), 54 (Expired Card), 78 (No Account) and 80 (Date Error)."
These are the rules we decided to stick with, so there is no problem with "the checker", but rather that those are the codes for which refunds will be accepted.
- "Why?", you may ask. The reason is because it's a well known fact that many buyers are not honest and will use "cc killer" scripts or services to provoke common decline codes like 05 right after using the card.
For example, they buy a card and place order(s) with it then quickly killing it using a script or other service.
At this point, all they need to do is to use the checker and hope for an automatic refund.
If we would allow all or more decline codes, it would be impossible to defend against most cheaters and we tried a few strategies already, but it always end with us losing a lot of money.
We are not into wasting our time with cat and mouse games.
After all, cheaters are preying for new shops that lack strict refund procedures.
We sniff the cards first hand without any neighbors from web shops so there is absolutely no way the valid rate will drop below 90%.
It's not like card owners randomly feel the urge to get a new card out of fun.
Any shop that offers refunds for any decline code either has low valid bases already or many fake cards.
We are very confident with the quality and the high valid rate of our bases.
We have received mostly very positive feedback on that.
You may suggest that our valid rate is low and that you can't even hit more than 5$, but in reality the valid rate is just about 90%, and you know that very well.
You have purchased more than 10 cards from our shop over a period of almost 20 days.
Personally, I would not keep buying from a shop if I really felt that the valid rate was low and could not even hit 5$, let alone 10 cards over a period of almost 3 weeks, and I don't think anyone else would for that matter.

One more thing stop recycling old cards from old bases into new bases when they haven’t sold for awhile. I seen a few bins from March based in April bases & that’s not cool

The difference here is that the valid rates even of our old bases remain at 90%.
We don't cross-sell our bases elsewhere to affect valid rate. Time doesn't magically kill cards either, except for when cards expire and those are not included in the shop.
It's a grand misinterpretation that NEW = GOOD and OLD = BAD with respect to valid rate which stems from years of shops exploiting sellers, and sellers in turn attempting to squeeze out the last penny out of their CCs, ultimately leading to a vicious cycle of desperation that would only profit shops, frustrate sellers, and buyers.
We are here to end this cycle because this market deserves better.
We understand users have had a lot of bad experiences with other shops.
However, we want to make clear at this point that we are not them.
The bullshit is over.

Ok, add the option to see gender of cardholder when purchasing, add pre order because I want my bins early, give us an option to use 4check, Luxchecker or Try2check when checking ccs, add levels/bonus for high spenders/big deposits. Let us request bins for you guys to try to sniff,& lastly add a registration fee so you can prevent cheaters, rookies. Etc. if you can make this happen somehow it would improve shop drastically & I believe fellow shoppers would agree on most of this.

Revealing the gender is very hard, there's virtually no reliable algorithm for this.
In webshops this question would barely be asked.
Eventually Mr./Ms. but that's not for all webshops, rather the minority than the majority.
Might consider but can't promise this feature. Offering the user to use a checker of his choice is a dangerous practice, that's why we use 2 checkers at the same time.
There is times where Lux returns 00 for some bins at some periods, while Try2 doesn't and vice versa.
Levels/Bonus is in the planning. Pre-purchasing bins also in the making.
Registration fee won't prevent cheaters, it'll only increase the financial effort to cheat.

Yea you’re work isn’t terrible , but the validity rate is low .. which is why i bought so many cards , as the checker doesn’t refund accurately and I kept having to buy cards , you said you’d give me a refund , which never happened either lol , I ain’t dissing you .. I’m just letting you know where things lack in my eyes .
