My take is this!! Yes Munro was ripped in the past after successfully loading but it seems now he can't load again and now wants to rip and did rip that other dude!
Too many screenshots of him from different users showing explicitly he refuses escrow and wants you to deposit money to him directly even though on forum he fakes he accepts escrow on telegram he comes with a deceptive deceitful claim of problems with forum escrow
