05 its meen Declined or dead dump, it will never give $ again ,so its important to replace this code, because most of people who sell pins tell that base is 90% valid or even 100% and when u buy 10 pcs ,only 2-3 are valid ...rest 05 .
We refund for 05 if the customer is honest. if he is a cheater we don't work forward and refund nothing.
