initially, i was supposed to be paid 2150 usd..
not long ago, he came to me asking to close this deal by paying 1k instead of 2150 usd.. he told to me that he shall pay 500 usd until friday. and next 500 usd until next week..
i told him that this is better than receiving nothing. and i accepted. but as it is already 3 days passed friday i didn't received any payment. Second time cheated me without any explanation.
now it is not about covering my loss anymore. he can't stand for his promises. i no longer stand for my acceptance of 1k. i am ready to receive nothing.
that i will never accept even 10 usd less than he should pay.

i understand that Vitoto was trying to get a tricky confirmation from me to the thread that the matter was solved. But instead of paying money, he was trying to do this by promises and stories.
As he keeps not following his promises he shows that his intention is just to trick me and buy sometime. I am done talking to him. Whatever happens next, i will follow from this thread.
in case if he would agree to send money; he can send 2150 usd to forum administration so that they may load it to my profile's balance. So, admin can monitor if money arrived or not. and can decide accordingly. if he doesn't pay, i don't mind, rest is Admin's decision what to do with him.
