The Agreement was for him to get his cut for cards that I am using. Not for cards I NEVER USED. This is not a question of me using the card and not finishing it. I didn't use it at all and I told him immediately. Please look at this with a fair eye, did I rip anyone? If I am to be tagged a ripper - someone who took money from another partner and cheated them - is this the case?

we agreed he pays my split from a card balance (but not from the amount charged !!!) , looks like he does not understand the difference , in this case it does not matter if he charged a card in full or not , after he opened privnote and got card info it is considered used since i can not give the same vcc in several hands. when he said he did not use it at all this is not a true since he successfully charged 4 minideps and they already posted on a card statement
