This week, in an effort to help the economy in this time of crisis, Congress is set to pass a historic bill that will see money in the hands of most American citizens.
Every individual who makes up to $75,000 will get a check for $1,200.
Every married couple who makes up to $150,000 will get $2,400, plus $500 per child under 17.
What will you do with yours?
Not everyone will receive a check. Some will also have to use this money to cover mortgage payments, rent, or any other necessary living costs. But for the fortunate among us, this could be a chance to grow it.
After all, our national quarantine could last for months and $1,200 will only go so far.
