i saw your reputation and am certain you are telling the truth. He has the tool or have the control of this forum so he can give himself reputation even when you give him negative score.

Deal rather with anyone you check the profile and you see CyberSpot gave negative score, such will be real people.
You will notice that only him can give as many as possible negative rep to user but you cannot give to him.
