Well, if I had to pick one, I'd say DarkRAT is one of the standouts for me. Not only is it highly configurable, but it also has a wide variety of useful features, such as keylogging, screen capture, and remote access. In addition, its ability to evade detection is impressive. But, of course, the choice of RAT ultimately depends on the specific objectives and the scenario in which it will be used.
