It's called Utopia's Poker Room. But there are some bugs now and it's not always possible to create the room to play. It was already reported to creators, so I'm sure they'll fix it soon.

Yes, there's the whole information so as all the questions can be answered. Moreover, I think I know why the mobile version development was postponed. In the latest update ecosystem was switched to UAM - Utopia alternative miner. The additional core was added that has to impove the work of the whole ecosystem and mining also. A great work has been done. I hope that now we'll see less bugs and slowings in the software work.
