AmEx or any other credit card issued by USA banks NEEDED!

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for the physical AmEX (world) or any other credit cards issued by the USA banks! Supposed to have at least 3 month expiration date in advance and also supposed to be 0 balances, there is no balance needed on it!
Need just empty, credit card from USA bank or any AmEX.
