Somebody please explain to me-- if I have EBT (or regular d+p also) why do I need somebody else to use them for me? Then I give them a % for doing it? Why would I choose to pay somebody instead of doing it myself? I see so many users here offering to cash out for people. Seriously please explain.
Because many of the individuals who have the ebt aren't in the usa
