Not guaranteed to cashout , cos if the victim doesn't pick up and input the OTP code , you will be unable to add the card on Apple pay.
Victims may even pickup and not even input the OTP they received.
Only guaranteed way to add cc to Apple pay is through enrolls card where you have access to the SMS or email or through Apple pay bins that don't send Verification sms or email and just auto adds
