There are ways even here in u.k. i already have 3 bank drops i opened myself and have just opened another and waiting on card being sent to drop, i can open most banks, the voice verification is mostly Barclays but people are not opting for it as i have personally done two logs by phone banking at Barclays in last couple of months, even Hsbc new digital key can be bypassed with telepin, obviously some banks are harder than others and for all the big advertising about digital key, voice recognition etc most people are choosing not to use them if possible cos of all the problems when first set up, and take Barclays for example they have the new "secure" voice recognition and also the little handheld card reader gadget for one time pin when logging in (i cant think of name of pin gadjet at min) but you have telepin and them security measures are useless as i have to come across anyone who actually uses the voice recognition.
