Well, you can laugh all you want, whether on the floor rolling, or sitting with tears of laughter. it still does not change the fact, that on diverse dates, i bought 4 different logs and non of them was of value. in your tg shop and from my end, there is no link or tab to contact support, so which support are you talking about? take a look at the following screenshot and show me where your support link is
