We as a shop given option to sellers to name their own base. In next shop update changes, we will add moderation before any base from seller go live.
We randomly check 20 pieces from a base to decide valid rate and base go lives only if it is above 60%, else rejected by system.
Now we will add moderation before base goes live so we can change name if anyone uses any other name. We understand balance and billing cannot be guaranteed, so seller won’t be able to use terms like “High balance” in base from now on.
We improve our services with your feedback, feel free to open a ticket and if you find any bad base, we will recheck the base. Checker works fine, use within 3 minutes. Manual ticket refunds within 30 minutes.
Shop will undergo few necessary changes as well to improve user experience. We have re-done and coded whole “Purchase cards” section and will go live in few days after rigorous testing.
