As described in the FAQ; We have decided to operate the checkers using zero check/$0 pre-auth methods and refunds are only issued for the following response codes: 14 (Card No. Error), 15 (No Such Issuer), 54 (Expired Card), 78 (No Account) and 80 (Date Error).
By using standard settings with checkers as many want us to do leaves space for cheaters to "steal" cards by simply killing/burning purchased cards right after using them.
For those not familiar, there are even tools/scripts around designed to kill cards by i.e. rapidly failing 3d-secure authentications.
This decision was taken based on statistics of buyers having bought more than 25 cards. Fortunately, most buyers are honest and their checks result in an avg. between 75-90% valid rate, while another portion of buyers had a valid rate of as low as 10%, meaning they strategically and deliberately kill/burn 4-5 cards in a row to abuse the refund feature, then ensuring a Live result or two will follow to "not" raise any red flags, and then repeat burning/killing another series of cards.
We know our cards and we have for the most part received mostly nothing but positive feedback.
Checkers will sometimes fail to accurately determine CVV mismatches/invalid cvv. That's why it's stated in the Cards Replacement Policy (9.1) that you may open a ticket requesting a refund regarding CVV mismatches/invalid cvv.
If you have done so then just wait for a refund.
