The customer support is superb, and my experience from this site is you need a specific bin to work even though they have golden bases but you need to be specific because in golden bases there's no refund, either you gain or waste money on this site, it's like you join in a poker game, you need to be lucky to have a good bin to work their 5 minutes refund time is very worth it, i have a problem recently but the support fixed the issue about the checker but i rate their customer support 10/10 super calm , friendly , they knew how to talk to people nor buyers unlike other shops so annoying and they cheat to their customer, i swear 5 minutes refund time is very worth it, i hope you will add more features and remove the worst seller in your shop because too many errors even in golden bases i lost a bit though it's approved card but there's no balance in the card i don't know why in US bases please improve more and more. Also please remove the seller who sells low quality cc. Like 97% valid yeah it's valid but the balance is not high i mean maybe they use or whatsoever but i notice something that the address and state is not matched in other country i hope you will fix this one.

Golden bases do have refund, you open ticket within 5 minutes regarding it, admin will check if he will give refund or not
