I really dont see vendor-x fault in this
he was explaining you the method and direction how to perform work and what time.
but i see there was no accuracy and u lost one limit whic he was trying to explain you that u lost 50% of the money already.
poor him shouldnt have tried who isnt familiar with such kind of work and ended up loosing his money with such reasons.
