VISA CARD WITH 4 CVC Showing LIVE?
I did not buy a CARD without CVC I buy a card that was suppose to be with complete Information.
Not refunding me go against the accused's ground for refund which is

He says i accuse him of been a ripper. If what the accuse is doing is not ripping what else can it be called?
Selling VISA with 4 CVV and he rules says he refund on that and now he saying he wont refund THAT IS WHAT A RIPPER WILL DO.
