Need a bank transfer master .. I have accounts in California

I tried to work with two separate people who said they could do bank transfers .. I lined up 4 accounts with one dude and 7 with another... And not one of them went through .. two accounts got closed .. if there's anybody out there who's legit ? I'll do all the hard work on my end ..
