How to cashout Gift Cards! ! !

Just read a post about gift cards and wanted to add a little to it.
1 Apply for either GreenDot, Netspend, or Amex Serve.
2 Use dumps to buy gift cards. (visa or master card GC's only for this method)
3 Go to Walmart
4 Use either the Walmart ATM for reloading prepaid cards or go to the register.
5 follow instructions for adding ballance. USE DEBIT option.
Each gift card comes with a pin ( unless you buy vanilla GC's then you have to call it in to get one.)
Example: 200 gift card = 195 load up = 3.95 fee
Simple and easy. Dont know if noobs or even some vets knew about this but wanted to share
