So far i found a few and all of them or slow or not working
1. Script made in php but its slow and you can upload 5000 lines
which looks like this

i found others php one aswell but slow aswell
2.windows base tool its so slow it took me 5 days for 50k to check and found 1800 vaild emails

3.cli paypal checker its not working checked a vaild paypal email
i think its something gotta to do with the api part
