I have problem with buyers want me to sell data with telegram, jabber, icq, etc. If u r buying or selling data on fraud forum u need more than these. If u r small time buyer maybe okay but LE still use buyer to get to seller. If u r seller no way. Even over vpn. U either need tor over vpn or vps or vm or tails. People think they are secure with telegram, etc. With all these apps u need burner phone to sign up which u can do. Then when u sign on u need vpn but vpn is not enough. VPN can leak ur ip. Some people using these apps with phone. Very insecure. U have no idea how much shite ur phone is recording about u. U need also mac address changer for pc. And to send data u need pgp encrypt. Then u can use total anonymous burner email to transfer data. Please never use real email for fraud data. If u need more info on how to do pm me.
