X1 or chipset, which is better EMV chip software?

ipset?X1 and chipset, which is better EMV chip software?
I have buy Omnikey HID 3021 ,and try to write static EMV chip. But it is so difficult to choose software.
I have try to test chipset, x1, matrix, Mcr 2006, jcophiro live, rb.6v8 from emvglobalsolutions. But it seem that matrix,and jcophiro live can only write Brazi dumps. it has been said that the data of EMV include COUNTRY CODE Service Code Currency Code 9F42. I do not know why they are set to Brazilian
Only in X1 and chipset, I find the option to choose country code. which one is better?
where can i get the newest version of X1 or chipset. I know the new version of X1 is 4.1. but the crack version is only 1.1 and can not work.
