I am willing to deposit in guarranter. But the thing is that even there are advertisements (http://vendetta.ws) which write about issues with D+P. no bin is 100%.
Regarding tales with old registrations. (when u pay $5000 a year to be registered vendor on their site) Everyone is proud of their old reputation. EVEN you.
I can give you D+P which will get approved on checker and when person actually goes for cashing it will show insufficient funds. Incorrect account type or much worse, you can see the balance but cannot withdraw.
