How is generate correct track 1 from track 2 ?

That is true, there was a time when i use to use a lot of dumps, like up to a 100 at a time, generating manually wasnt really an optioon in terms of time consuming. Plus like you said some banks fallow different algorythms for tracks so i would suggest using a good generating software, you can find a bunch of them going around, just make sure its visrus and trojan free.
