First of all don't pre check your cc from shops as most of them will kill the CC
requirements:

VPN
SOCKS (optional)
Now follow these steps
1. Search on google American Red Cross

2. At top click on Donate Button
3. Select one time and put the amount 10$ which is min
4. Enter the card details and press donate
If your card is live payment will be completed if not it will give you card declined error
this method works on international cards also
