Ive got these 2 dumps im tryjng to work with both dumps seem to work at a particular chain of POS under 100 USD and they would work for 2 swipes on the chase debit dump and 3 swipes on capital one, they would then no longer work with a 05 do not honor decline code, after a couple of hours they will work again but at a different POS, this has continued over the course of 4 days now, mean while online they would approve for under 50 usd on and off kinda randomly.
Anyone know about these banks fraud algorithm or can share any insight on this would be greatly appreciated
