Am I understanding cashing out dumps correctly? [I wrote a tutorial showing my understanding]

Hi, carding online isn’t working out for me, the process of setting up takes too long and I’m getting too many declines.
I want to give real carding a try, can someone confirm if I have the right idea here? In my scenario I don’t want to use a laptop and am using my iPhone instead.
1. Buy an MSR X6 Bluetooth MSR device
2. Buy MSR Easy Connect iPhone app and connect to the MSR X6 via. Bluetooth
3. Buy a 201 dump located in United States with PIN included from Briansclub.cm
4. Use the Track 1 generator on Briansclub.cm to generate Track 1
5. Deliberately damage my own bank cards chip by scraping at it with a knife
6. Enter Track 1 and Track 2 into MSR Easy Connect and swipe my own bank card to write the 201 dump data onto my card
7. Walk up to any ATM in the world (in my case, a UK ATM) insert my bank card, enter in the PIN provided with the dump, check the balance and withdraw the money
It seems pretty simple, the parts I’m unsure of is whether damaging my chip will cause the ATM to read the magstripe data without any issues, and lastly that I can walk up to any ATM in the world, I’m worried the dump must be from the same country you wish to use it in.

By the way, if someone knows of a type of bank card such as gold or platinum that has a different withdrawal limit I’d be grateful if you could share it.
For example, if there’s any level card that has a higher limit could you let me know? I’d assume a platinum card has a higher ATM withdrawal limit? One must exist
