UK Business account + Documents Needed

Hi,
Looking for UK Business account that's open in Barclays,Halifax,Natwest,Scotland Bank with all the PAPER documentation avaialable.
Lloyds - not needed.
Must have:

1. Online Access.


2. Physical Card.


3. Whole drop info - Name,address,etc


4. SIM used to register.


5. All the access codes/pass phrases, whatever is used.


6. ID/NIN Scans.


7. Preferable basic company type opened (costs 15-20 quids).

If you have more than that - awesome.
Be ready to send docs within UK. If you don't have an account ready, let me know when you plan to make it all happen.
Price per account - 350£. Price negotiable.
