i need email flooding service can anyone point me to the right user

i need to flood emails on specific days and time. it would be best if they are government related subscription emails but anything will work as long as you can flood the inbox. is floodcrm good and how do i get an invite?
i wont know the email until i log in and when i log in they will get a notification. plz help
