CinetPay is scam … they wait you load and after you want withdraw they start telling rubish and asking stupid question … they have keep 80k inside my account so if you want to get problem use them I’m talking about my personal experience… they have mule inside bank that give them visa/master gateway they use to keep people money after u make payment
That Ivory Coast aggregator turn to be now a pyramid scam scheme with many people they corrupt inside bank . When u complain they redirect you to the owner of that stupid company and bla bla bla … they keep ur money
