This guy is a ripper, I paid him 250 for a bank log with 5k balance then says he doesn't have it anymore just higher balances available for me to send him more money so I asked for refund and he said yes but still hasn't sent me a refund instead he just keeps prolonging the situation longer and longer. Dude u don't have the material and balance I asked for then just send me my money back that simple. He's telegram usernames are @documentmaster1 and @moncreiph
