Say if you buy a fresh card, but the card holder has withdrawn from the ATM before you can make fraudulent transaction, your card number may have declined.
Or say you purchased something with the card you bought on the holidays, the website may have refreshed and updated servers and security failures were minimal that time.
OR maybe when you bought the fraudulent card you had it checked, CC CHECKER can kill the card sometimes.
Just make sure you have a private checker you can trust as well as a good source for fresh numbers. And make sure the Bin number you choose is of high standard other than that it's just bad timing eyy

Thanks for your tips. I never check cc before carding as I know checker will kill cc. Now I use US cc like a guess game or gamble. The approval rate is between 30%-50%. Maybe I should stick to some bins with high rate approval. But I still need to try as much as I can to find those bins.
