I have method to get suntrust rewards cashback with just the cc number + zip ( no need for cvv2, name,billing or expiry) and funds get deposited into any USA bank ( doesn't have to be SunTrust) and the bank drop never ever gets flagged ( so you can keep using same bank drop)
Only problem is that only 2 USA bins work and they are rare to find
