I don't think so that you can get any success with this shitty tutorial.
First : installed app (example:g2a) will be linked to your device info, so after second install of g2a app but with different account info fraud system will detect that you have used it before (to bypass it you need to get new phone or spoof device info and bypass safetynet)
Second: VPN ip address are virtual and will be detected very easily as VPN. Antifraud systems will show it as fraudulent 100%. If you want to card e-gifts cards you need to use very good residential socks from ISP.
