Any one with POS Machine who can cash out cards?

A contact has access to the extranet of booking and Expedia, with tons of cards..
So we are only looking for someone to share %, with a pos machine available to manually digit the number.. we don't know if the cards are vbv or not. For this reason we are only looking for someone with a pos machine.
