Almost 40k EUR about 46K USD.
I could accept an offer for whole drop or make wu transfers.
You should know:
For wu transfer I don't provide secret question, you can cashout mtcn only with an ID. ( Wester Union Italy doesn't allow secret question) I don't know why, maybe you...
4000 usd transfer: 1200 usd ( I would like to do no more than 10 trandations in max 48 hours or close with a whole offer... I am not very informed about the Italian banking
For a whole offer, I don't evaluate offers below 8/10k USD.
