Anyone knows about UK Ltd company ?

Hi man, I experienced that, it can be done if one of your directors is a UK resident, also,all shareholders have to prove their income.
You can't get a loan if you're not a UK resident. (basically, if you don't pay back, they need to know where to catch you)
