avoid at all costs, he is a wasteman, when i tried to deal with him, i offered to do escrow on this forum, his reply was if i want to do via escrow then price is twice more expensive, i agreed, and after that he asked for escrow to be released without people checking in, so i think that is said enough. NEVER RELEASE ESCROW before you get your service. couple of services here more than welcoming that.
