whats there to cash out of a CPN credit cards,, you are the CPN owner and basically you are the owner of the accounts,, you can do whatever you want with it,, you can add yourself (yourreal name and last) as an authorized user, go spend all the money you can on it, and thats it, its not your responsibility, So again i ask,, Whats there to cash out? maybe you need a merchant who can charge on his merchant account and keep what ever percent for himself and give the rest to you, if thats what you need i have a merchant account with Authorize
