Help an oldtimer out with new tech

i short it, but i dont think it matters. If the pos requested to swipe and you swiped but got a decline then its the dump thats bad, but if it didnt get to swiping then the dipping methid didnt work. Either that pos doesnt accept swipe and dip only or something else u did wrong
