Help an oldtimer out with new tech

Here im using jcop21-36k other pos won't accept to swipe into magnetic.
on my own understanding it all depends to bank issuer who install soft. in pos.
in the long run this could not good for us if they all replace the software that will not allow to accept magnetic if chip is not detected.
