What now ??

In the country i live, last years 80% of bank take out magneti band and use chip tegnolgy, some bank (rest20% of bank use magnetic band) so we can do some, on atm thats (skim dumps) 101 we can take out money but now all are 201 we cant make money dumps all declined atm not accept, any have some idea what we can do ??? Really all dumps dont run!! How i k now in my country use dinamic chip or static ?? If any have any idea please let me know !! All are fuckin bad game over ??
